  • Upon landing at Los Angeles International Airport, please follow these steps for a smooth curbside pickup:

    • Communication: Ensure your mobile device is powered on. You will receive a direct text from your chauffeur with vehicle information. (Note: For international travelers or those preferring digital messaging, we are fully WhatsApp-compatible; simply request this in your booking notes).

    • Arrivals Level: Once you have retrieved your luggage, proceed to the outer curb on the lower Arrivals Level marked for "Passenger Pick-up."

    • The Pillar System: Please text your driver the closest Pillar number to identify your exact location.

    • Wait Time: Your driver will typically pick you up within 15 minutes. (Please note: Due to ongoing LAX construction, it may take up to 30 minutes to reach you, especially at Terminals 3, 4, and the Tom Bradley International Terminal).

  • Our Meet and Greet Service is designed to make your travel experience as comfortable as possible.

    • Domestic Flights: Your driver will wait for you by the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name.

    • International Arrivals (TBIT): Your driver will be waiting in the meeting hall just outside of customs.

    • Luggage Assistance: Chauffeurs will assist with your luggage and guide you directly to the parking structure. (Important: If LAX parking structures are closed due to construction, we will provide a curbside pickup instead and fully refund the Meet and Greet fee).

  • Yes, our team monitors all flight statuses in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time to ensure a driver is available upon arrival at no extra charge. In the rare case that a flight is severely delayed or canceled, we will do our best to accommodate the change or offer a full refund if our schedule cannot align with the new arrival time.

  • The most efficient way to request changes is to email us at flatrateairport@gmail.com or call us directly at +1(323)364-9994.

    • Changes: We do not guarantee vehicle availability or original pricing for reservation changes, but we will work with you to find the best solution.

    • Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within the 12-hour window are non-refundable, though gratuities will be refunded upon request.

    • No-Show Policy: The full fare will be charged if a passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup location. If you cannot locate your vehicle, please do not leave the site without contacting us first at +1(323)364-9994.

  • To maintain our "Flat Rate" promise and avoid the surge pricing typical of rideshare apps, we require secure prepayment via an electronic invoice once your ride is confirmed. Our rates are transparent and all-inclusive of fees. Gratuity is not included; a tip for a job well-done is optional and greatly appreciated by our professional chauffeurs. We prioritize financial transparency so you can enjoy a stress-free exit upon arrival.

  • As one of the few professional transportation services in Los Angeles providing pre-installed safety equipment, we offer three distinct types of seats: Rear-Facing Infant Seats, Forward-Facing Toddlers, and Backless Boosters. All seats meet or exceed US Federal Safety Standards. To ensure the highest level of hygiene, our staff sanitizes every seat between shifts using high-quality cleaning wipes. Our SUVs can accommodate up to 3 car seats per vehicle. We invite parents to perform a final "peace of mind" inspection upon entry to ensure total safety for the journey.

  • Yes, small pets are welcome. All pets must remain inside a pet carrier while on board. Failure to provide a carrier may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with a pet so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • Los Angeles traffic is notoriously variable. As local experts, we monitor the 405, 105, and 110 freeways in real-time.
